By downloading or using the Omfai application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Omfai is an aggregator platform that facilitates car rental, hotel and tour package bookings.

2. User Account

• Users are required to provide accurate information (Name, Email, Mobile Number).
• Users are fully responsible for the confidentiality of the account and activities carried out through the account.

3. Orders and Prices

• The prices listed are the latest prices and can change at any time according to the season (High Season) which is determined by the Omfai system automatically.
• Each transaction will be subject to a Service Fee which will be informed on the checkout page before payment is made.

4. Payment Methods

• Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Doku.
• Available methods include: QRIS, Virtual Account (VA) for domestic, and Credit/Debit Cards for international transactions.

5. Use of Services

• Omfai acts as an intermediary between users and vendors (rental/hotel/tour providers).
• Users are required to comply with specific rules set by each vendor in the field.
