• Transaction Data: Details regarding your booking, travel itinerary, and payment history.
• Technical Data: IP address, device type, and operating system (required for security and app optimization on iOS/Android).

2. USE OF INFORMATION

• Process service reservations (car rental, hotel, tour).
• Verify identity and manage user accounts.
• Process payment transactions through our payment gateway partner (Doku).
• Send confirmation notifications, e-tickets and service updates.
• Meet legal and application security requirements.

3. SHARING DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell your personal data. However, we share your data with trusted third party partners to perform services:

• Payment Provider (Doku): Transaction data is sent securely to Doku to process payments via QRIS, Virtual Account, or Credit/Debit Card.
• Service Vendor: Your name and contact will be provided to the car rental provider, hotel or tour operator you booked with.
• Legal Authority: If required by applicable law in Indonesia.

4. DATA SECURITY AND PAYMENT

• All credit/debit card transactions are processed through the Doku system which is PCI-DSS certified. Omfai does not store sensitive credit card data on our servers.
• We use SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmission between your application and our servers.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

In accordance with our terms of service, the cancellation policy is as follows:

• H-3 before departure: 50% refund.
• H-2 before departure: 25% refund (Discount 75%).
• D-1 or Day D: Funds forfeited (No refund).
• The refund process will be carried out in accordance with the technical provisions of the payment provider used.

6. USER RIGHTS (IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLE APP STORE RULES)

We give you full control over your data:

• Access and Correction: You can change your profile directly in the app.
• Account Deletion: Users have the right to request deletion of their account and all associated data through the settings menu within the app or by contacting our customer service.
• Data Retention: We will retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations.
