Time Policy

• The number of passengers and luggage must be within the vehicle's capacity.
• Grace Period: Maximum 1 hour after landing. The driver will display flight schedule changes in real time.
• Delay Fee: Over 1 hour, a fee of $15 per 15 minutes (maximum 2 blocks/30 minutes) will be charged.
• Delays > 30 minutes: Automatically switch to the Disposal rate of $225 for a minimum of 3 hours.
• Schedules cannot be changed on the day of departure.
• Obstacles at the airport/immigration are beyond our responsibility.
• Schedule/route changes must be made by contacting Omfai admin before contacting the driver.
• Please double-check your belongings. Loss or damage to items after the trip is complete is beyond our responsibility.
• Booking Confirmation: New orders will be processed after payment is received. Driver contact information will be sent one day in advance.
• Cancellation Policy: Unilateral cancellations are non-refundable. Cancellations made 3 days before departure will incur a 50% charge, 2 days before departure will incur a 75% charge, and cancellations made on the same day will incur a full charge (100%).
• Cleanliness: Ice cream is prohibited in the car. Please maintain cleanliness during the trip.
• Midnight Surcharge: Travel between 12:00 PM and 7:00 AM will incur an additional charge of SGD 10/hour/direction.
• Last Minute Surcharge: An additional SGD 10 fee applies to emergency bookings (less than 3 hours before pick-up) OR bookings made after 10:00 PM Singapore Time (for departures before 9:00 AM Singapore Time).
