💳 Payment & Fees

What payment methods are available? We accept payments via DOKU, Bank Transfer (Virtual Account), Credit Card, QRIS.

What is included in the rental price? All fees are included, such as: car, driver, fuel, ERP/toll and parking fees, driver meals, driver accommodation.

What is not included in the rental price? Except for additional rental hours, tour guides if needed.

👤 Driver Services & Rental Time

When will I receive the contact information for the assigned driver? Driver details will be sent via WhatsApp/Email no later than one night before the scheduled pickup.

What is the daily rental duration at Omfai.com? The standard rental duration is 12 hours per day for a full day, 6 hours for a half day, or up to 11:59 PM on the same day for use within the city.

What if I exceed the rental time limit (overtime)? Excess time will be subject to an hourly overtime fee.

❌ Cancellations & Reschedules

Can I cancel my order (refund)?

Cancellations 3 days in advance: 50% refund (minus administration fees).

Cancellations 2 days in advance: 25% refund.

Cancellations on the day of the trip: The deposit will be forfeited (non-refundable).

How do I reschedule my trip? Schedule changes can be made up to 2 days in advance, depending on the availability of the car and driver on the new date. Please contact our Customer Service.
